I am cel­e­brat­ing 25 years of full time min­istry! God has allowed me to min­is­ter as a wor­ship leader, a speaker, a com­poser and record­ing artist. He has also given me a desire to  take the Word of God into closed nations in my mis­sions work.

I was blessed to be a Music Pas­tor for over 5 years, expe­ri­enced tremen­dous growth within my choir and band, grow­ing from 120 to 220 and the church from 2,000 to 4,000. You can read my full bio here. 

In my prior role as Music Pas­tor, I had the respon­si­bil­ity of many events, some were arrang­ing town hall meet­ings to multi-day, full pro­duc­tion events.

The suc­cess of the event fell on the tal­ent and min­istry that was com­mu­ni­cated to the peo­ple. If they hit their mark, it was a great event; and peo­ple responded! How­ever if they flopped then there went the event.

Like you, I would spend hours look­ing for tal­ented com­mu­ni­ca­tors and singers that would be a good fit for the event. My hope is that this will give a clear view of SDM (Sarah DeLane Min­istries) so you can make the most informed deci­sion as possible.

Hav­ing trav­eled with Dr. Nora Lam (China Cry), Nancy Har­mon and The Bill Gaither Home­com­ing Tour, I have had the oppor­tu­nity to share my music and mis­sion with more than a mil­lion people.

In most cases, SDM will pay the travel expense within a 10 hour dri­ving radius from Nashville TN. SDM would ask for a love offer­ing to be received, an appeal for monthly sup­port for SDM Mis­sions, and help with lodg­ing while at your church. (If out­side the 10 hour dri­ving radius, I would ask for help with the travel.)

If your church/organization is more com­fort­able with a bud­geted set fee, please send me the best way to com­mu­ni­cate with you so we can come up with the best solu­tion for the church and for SDM.

What You Can Expect

1. You can expect to receive a prompt return phone call.

2. You can expect a con­ver­sa­tion with me that will allow you to express your vision for the event.

This could mean…

*3 song pack­age, before you preach,

*A full ser­vice of singing and tes­ti­mony; where I min­is­ter in song and mis­sions tes­ti­mony. The sto­ries from the under­ground house-churches are life-changing and faith-building; when mixed with the Word of God, these ser­vices have proven to be a fruitful!

*Or I can lead wor­ship for the event.

3. You can expect to see an announce­ment about your event on my blog and social media channels. 

4. You can expect, what ever route we go, I will work with you to bring your desired result. I will be there to serve!

TRAINING & MINISTRY TO YOUR CHURCH MUSIC DEPARTMENT

On a day deter­mined before I min­is­ter at your church, I would like present a Mini-Music Sem­i­nar with Mega-Results for your Praise and Wor­ship Depart­ment. In the Sem­i­nar, the band and vocal team would learn one (1) new song.

The teach­ing would be cus­tomized for your church which would cover top­ics like:

• What Are the Pri­or­i­ties of Wor­ship & How You Can Bring Sup­port to Your Pastor
• How to build a Music Department
• Blend­ing Vocals
• Blend­ing your band
• What Every Choir-Member Should Know to Be Effec­tive in Music Ministry
• How to include cre­ative media, music and skits around Pas­tors sermon
• How to con­duct effec­tive tryouts
• How to involve and men­tor your youth
• Going beyond your walls — Tak­ing your church Praise and Wor­ship Band to the community.

The fol­low­ing Sun­day we would intro­duce the new song to the con­gre­ga­tion and I would be avail­able to min­is­ter in your week­end service.
